100 gr rosted sesame
100 gr rosted chick-peas
100 gr seedless dates
100 gr thyme honey
1/4 of teaspoon cinnamon (in powder)
In a food processor or blender, first place the chick-peas with the dates and mix them for a few seconds until they become an homogenous and fine texture mixture. Continue the process by adding the sesame seeds with the cinnamon and the honey, homogenizing the whole mixture. The result is a pliable mass of mixture which we have to spread on a baking paper. Using our hands or with the help of a rolling pin we spread the mixture creating the desired thickness. We are putting it in the refrigerator for about an hour and cut in quantity according to our desire. We are ready!
Note: The bars can be kept wrapped in the refrigerator for several days.
