Yogurt pie with honey

A light and tasty dessert low in calories

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 280 gr yogurt (2% fat)
  • 4 eggs
  • 60gr honey
  • 14gr corn flour

METHOD:

Steer the eggs in a suitable mixing pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix continually until the complete homogenization. Put the mixture in a round cake form (diameter 20 cm). In case you don’t have such a pastry utensil you can use a 20cm hoop, in which you must to put in a piece of foil. After that wrap the edges of foil around the hoop, in order to create a base. Bake at preheated oven (170°C) for 20 minutes.

Unmold and serve with the help of a knife, after our pie is been getting cold. Serve with fresh fruit madeleine.
